Since this pharmacy changed from being a branch of Lloyds to an independent the service seems to have improved considerably. Staff are really helpful. One drug I am prescribed has been difficult to obtain for a few month (a supply issue, not the chemists fault) but the staff have been incredibly helpful and have gone beyond what I could be expected to help me out. .

Helpful, efficient & super speedy. One of my prescriptions wasn’t available and had to be ordered, they telephoned me when it arrived to let me know. They are always polite and seem happy in their work. They are much quicker and seem more organised than before they were taken over. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right and I would 100% recommend.

I can honestly say that since you have taken over the chemist, it is a pleasure to shop there! I had problem upon problem getting my prescriptions before, never in stock, or never enough in stock. A smiling face is all you need to brighten your mood, no matter what ailments you have…..and we now have that in abundance….thank you Riverview Pharmacy. Dave

I had a tricky call with my GP, I needed to go on new medication, came off the phone worried and out of my depth, I spoke to the pharmacist who was so kind and explained what my illness meant, contacted the GP on dosage and phoned me later that day to confirm everything. She really helped me.
